Returns and Exchanges
- No returns accepted on custom made orders.
- Returns made without prior authorization will be refused.
- All returns must be made authorized within 30 days from date of original shipment,
safely packaged in original packaging (if available as in-transit damage is not covered by our limited warranty), have the RGA number clearly marked on the top and two sides of the box and be insured for full replacement value.
- In-bound freight is always customer's responsibility. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a credit to appear on your PayPal
or credit card account for returns.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. The balance will be
refunded in the form of a check or may be applied as credit towards another purchase and can take up to 30 days.
- Any ordered cancelled after placed subjected to 20% order processing fee.
- Exchanges will
be accepted within 10 days of the shipping date - when the merchandise was originally shipped.
